Join us for a exciting class about Mindful Eating with Rina, a Health and Lifestyle consultant!
The first session of our Mindful Wellness Series! Mindful eating is the practice of being present and fully engage in the experience of eating.
In this interactive session, you learn the foundation of mindful eating practices and understand the difference between physical and emotional hunger. Rina will prepare a finger food menu so you can savor each bite and take the time to appreciate the food flavors in a Mindful eating Activity.
Don’t worry we have plenty of Napkins!
The Menu will be variety of cheeses, healthy assortment crudité & dips with two types of meats infuse with our favorite O&V ingredients.
