A love for food lies deep within the DNA of the chef at Table Forty9. Chef Paul enjoyed cooking with his father as a child, and his passion later grew through travel, and working alongside world renowned chefs. These experiences, coupled with extensive professional training, makes him one of the most innovative and creative chefs.
