Come join the fun in our Celebrity Chef Series with Chef Phil Ransbottom as he presents a BBQ feast fresh from the grill. An Ormond Native with over 30 years in the kitchen, he has cooked from Florida to Alaska. Phil is currently serving as the Pit Master for the SoNapa Grille in Ormond Beach.
Joined by Adam Barringer, an owner of SoNapa & Wine Specialist, these two will take you on a 5 course-guided meal as you sample (5) amazing courses prepared by Chef Phil and (5) wine samples discussed by Adam.

MENU AND WINES:
Pork Belly Pops – Pinot Noir
Butterflied, stuffed, rolled, smoked, and skewered finished with a sweet/heat Dixie Datyl drizzle
Pork Loin & Bacon Rolls – White Blend
Ponded, stuffed, rolled, and smoked, finished with an apple cider vinaigrette drizzle
Beef Short Ribs – Red Zinfandel
Brined, rubbed, and smoked, brushed with a tangy Kansas City BBQ sauce.
Lamb Lollies – Cabernet Sauvignon
WoodBottom and rosemary marinated, dusted, and smoked, finished with a Dixie Datyl drizzle.
New Orleans-Style BBQ Shrimp – Sauvignon Blanc
Skewered and grilled over an open fire.
