Join us for our first Wine & Truffle Dinner on May 25th at 5:30 pm. We will showcase multiple truffle products in this multi-coursed evening…from smoky garlic truffle popcorn to a dish created specifically for Oil & Vinegar Daytona Beach, “Vedette du spectacle” (star of the show), featuring escargot and white truffle oil.
See how the flavor of the truffle can be enhanced and even changed with specially selected wine pairings.
